Kruse Woods V in Portland Reaches 100-Percent Occupancy
Northwest Evaluation Association has signed a long-term expansion lease for 15,729 square feet on the eighth floor of Kruse Woods V, bringing the building to 100-percent occupancy. NWEA, a national nonprofit organization that offers consulting and computer assessment services to educational organizations, was the first tenant to occupy the building after it was completed in September 2003. The company now occupies five floors totaling 108,448 square feet.
