Miller's Landing, a town home project being developed by Millbrook LLC in Bend, has received approval from the city of Bend's hearings officer, Tim Elliott.
The 37 two- and three-bedroom town homes on the Deschutes River near the Colorado Bridge will range in size from 1,275 to 2,100 square feet.
