A report on a study of noise levels in North Portland conducted by the Bureau of Development Services has been made available to the public.
In response to ongoing noise concerns, the city of Portland's Bureau of Development Services contracted with acoustical consulting firm The Greenbush Group Inc. to conduct a two-year community noise study in North Portland. The Greenbush Group collected sound measurements and documented the dominant sources of sound in the neighborhood.See the full content of this document
