Waste was discovered in Mt. Tabor Reservoir 6 Wednesday morning by the Portland Water Bureau.
The bureau found a two-gallon jug of latex paint; a vertical, orange construction barricade;, fliers and five tennis balls in the reservoir. The objects have been removed and the reservoir is no longer supplying water to area residents, who instead are receiving water directly from the Bull Run conduit line.See the full content of this document
