The Portland office of Capstone Partners LLC announced this week that it has reclaimed a 9.27-acre former drinking water treatment plant near downtown Reno, Nev., and will turn the property into a 218-unit luxury apartment complex.
This new housing community will contribute positively to downtown Reno's renaissance movement and addresses the region's need for high density in-fill housing, said Chris Nelson, managing principal of Capstone Partners LLC.
