Portland-based Harsch Investment Properties has purchased Kearny Mesa Business Center, a 106,791-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial park located near San Diego.

Harsch bought the four-building, 6.23-acre property from American Assets Inc. for $10.8 million. With this purchase, the company's San Diego regional portfolio now totals in excess of 1.3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space and includes two properties in the Kearny Mesa area.
