The Oregon Department of Human Services announced today that Hoffman Construction has been awarded the contract to construct a 360-bed psychiatric hospital in Junction City.
The Junction City hospital is the second of two new hospitals meant to replace the existing 127-year-old state psychiatric institution in Salem. Hoffman Construction was awarded the contract on the other new psychiatric facility, in Salem, in 2008. The 2007 Oregon Legislature authorized $458 million for the two-hospital replacement through certificates of participation.See the full content of this document
