When Mark Lindsay's Rock and Roll Cafe closed after less than a year in business, it left a real-estate hole on Northeast Sandy Boulevard, in the Hollywood District.

But the 7,000-square-foot property won't remain shuttered for much longer, says the vice president of North Rim Development Group, Matt Schweitzer, who's close to signing a tenant for the property.
