Portland Monthly has moved from its offices on Northwest 14th Avenue into a 7,228-square-foot space at the corner of Southwest Oak Street and Broadway.
In addition to the magazine, a call center is moving into 5,000 square feet of the space, which was formerly occupied by US Bank, said Scott Andrews, executive vice president of Melvin Mark Brokerage Co. Andrews, Don Drake and Maria Duncan of Melvin Mark represented both the magazine and the landlord, Uptown Developers & Broadway & Oak LLC.See the full content of this document
