The South Waterfront Central District, Ladd Tower, and Hoyt Yards are among the Oregon projects that have registered as participants in the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED for Neighborhood Development pilot program.
A total of five projects, all in the Portland area, are among the 238 nationwide that registered to participate in the pilot. Of those, 18 projects requested that their information be kept confidential. Other projects include Helensview in Northeast Portland and the Eliot Tower.See the full content of this document
