Portland State University received approval Friday to begin issuing $21.9 million in bonds to fund the construction of the new Northwest Center for Engineering, Science and Technology.
The Oregon Legislative Emergency Board approved the bond issuance, which will be handled in phases. The bond amount is revised from an original amount of $26 million. The bond will be met with a one-to-one match by PSU.See the full content of this document
