Seventy people were scheduled to graduate from the National Electrical Contractors Association and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers' Electrical Training Center on Saturday. The graduates received instruction over the course of a five-year program at the NECA-IBEW Electrical Training Center in Northeast Portland.
Apprentices received 900 hours of classroom instruction and put in 8,000 hours on the job during the five-year program.See the full content of this document
