The developer behind the SMART Tower will give a brown-bag lunch presentation on his development proposals for Portland's riverfront on Tuesday.

Presented by River Renaissance, the presentation is free and open to the public. Hanna will discuss several of his proposals, including the SMART Tower, a 650-foot tower on the riverfront that could harvest its own energy through wind turbines and solar panels. Another of Hanna's projects is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design gold dry-boat storage and recreational facility on the Willamette's east bank.
