Washington County's Transportation Development Tax, which went into effect on July 1, will soon be lower. The Washington County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday voted 4-1 for a reduction of the tax rate.
The discount, scheduled to take effect before 2010, means developers will pay 20 percent less in TDT charges assessed on new, permitted residential and commercial development projects until July 1, 2010.See the full content of this document
