The Savanna Oaks Neighborhood Association has appealed city- approved plans for the local development company Blackhawk to construct three office buildings totaling 289,000 square feet, according to planning commission documents. The complex, known as Tannler West, has been proposed and approved for development on a commercially zoned parcel at the corner of Tannler Drive and Blankenship Road.See the full content of this document
