Eugene-based general contractor Wildish Standard Paving Co. has been selected to rebuild Washington County's deteriorating Phillip Harris Bridge.
The Oregon Department of Transportation posted a notice of intent to award a contract last week, clearing the way for Wildish to be offered the project's contract barring an appeal, said Vera Wicks, an employee in ODOT's procurement office. Contractors that were outbid by Wildish, which bid approximately $3.9 million for the project, have until March 23 to contest the award.See the full content of this document
